"We looked to sell our house 2020, We instructed Northwood to carry out this service as Denis seemed very professional and really got behind us. From the start Denis and his amazing team really did make this a pleasure to be working with. They valued our house above what we were expecting @£475,000 and with our neighbour selling the same style of house for £410,000 and had been for a few months with a different agent. I was quite excited to watch the friendly competition start. Pictures were taken and then we had a one weekend of visits. On the Monday morning we had the great news that we had 3 offers 2 at FULL ASK!!!!! Gob smacked we sold the house within 48hrs... As for the competition, well there isn't is there. Northwood clearly have the talent and skill set to actually do what they say. Obviously they carried on this brilliant standard through the rest of the sale with excellent communication.
