"Advertised as having a patio & garden view. Didn't have either. When I raised with this with staff they initially told me they didn't have any rooms matching those details before backtracking when I provided proof of what they advertised and telling me that I was in the right room. Bed was awful. Lighting make it feel like a laboratory. Music blaring from neighbouring rooms/houses from 6am & until 11pm."

"Such professional staff and a very comfortable apartment. A dedicated WhatsApp to assist with any issues. The water got cold and someone was out straight away. The apartment is comfortable, the beds are perfect. Lovely white fluffy towels and crisp white sheets. The showers were both lovely. My family and I really enjoyed spending Christmas in Reading in the Malthouse Apartments. Thank you Kennet for being perfect."
