"I think 1 of the staff needs educating on what products they sell. Try to tell me that 25ml dinner lady is priced at £14 or 2 for £25 (which is same price of the 50ml/60ml short-fill) even though I’ve purchased the both sizes at various prices before from them, but she seemed adamant it was and couldn’t explain why with size comparisons. Or even the fact you have to scan it on the barcode thing to tell you the price. When asked if I can have sniff of one the products I was told we don’t open the “American liquids”, More interested in watching Saturday tv instead. "

Prices are reasonable to competitive; especially when purchasing products as a multi-purchase bundle. Very talkative, and have extensive knowledge on their products. Unfortunately later on I found out I had a dodgy one so I gave a text in the morning and he was happy to help solve the problem. Staff there are really helpful and will always help to solve your issue. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future!"
