"Jeff the store manager was amazingly helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all hard sell. We popped in on Saturday and he was plumping up the cushions at the front of the store , turned to us with a bright smile and asked if he could help. We said we were merely browsing and he left us alone except to answer our queries, and gave us a cheery goodbye nonetheless and said we were welcome anytime. We went back today and bought a £6 k sofa. Natuzzi is a fantastic brand enhanced by such pride in it from Jeff and his team. I’ve no doubt the delivery experience will live up to such excellent first impressions. Lovely showroom too."
