"Good selection of food stuffs, though I would like to see more vegan options. The frozen food section often lacks chips. The staff are friendly, though there are exceptions. One staff member is so glum and uncommunicative as to appear rude to customers. It is always preferable to see a smile."

"Extremely rude old lady at the tills in the morning time. No manners how to speak to customers. She was shouting while serving other customers at the tills. She thinks that she owns the coop business, sadly she is just a worker without any training, or experience. My 10 year old can speak to anyone with lots of manners and politness. So big no to anyone who wants to shop in coop. Why should we get abused, as they aren't giving away goods or services for free, we are paying for it. Constantly, refusing to serve, bunch of liar...."

"The staff here are just rude. I go here weekly (as there isn’t much else in terms of choice) and the staff are always miserable, grumpy and just rude. Never a hello, sorry for your wait or even a goodbye. Their goodbye is ‘do you want your receipt’."
