"Fine until today... got given an old pound coin in change. I didn’t initially realise but was back there within two minutes. The assistant remembered me but tried to make out she hadn’t given it me! She reluctantly swapped it but didn’t believe me. Her mistake, not mine, but accept responsibility! Don’t try and call an honest customer a liar or treat them as though they’re stupid. My mistake was not immediately realising. Hers was (presumably) accepting it without realising, and then giving it out again. All of that I can forgive, but don’t then try and make the customer you’ve given it to out to be a liar!"
