"I went for the first time today and my special needs daughter was very distressed. The staff, a really lovely young blonde woman was absolutely wonderful and was trying help keep her keep calm. She was outstanding and very kind. The young man at the checkout was very lovely too....all around outstanding staff from receiving the membership until the time I left . Its not just the prices that keep coming people coming back. I could not praise this crew enough, also store was so orderly, despite the amount of people."

"Go with open mind. Fantastic bargains if you love/have to batch cook for family or parties. Smaller items also there. Have plenty of storage at home and you'll save so much money. If you can go often split bargains with friends and family."

"First time here today and in they putting rain. Quite busy but certainly some bargains to be had, some things you need to watch the date/price on. It pays to know, or at least have an idea, what the prices are, at your preferred discount shipping store. Today I managed to get a few things that maybe I wouldn't normally have purchased but will definitely use. Just remember that the stock does turn over quickly and when it's gone, it really is gone! If you see it and you want it pick it up, it won't necessarily still be there if you go back! Photos next time off I can."

"I really like this store and there is such a great bargains. I could even bough fresh fruit and veg with great quality (even organic ones!). I give 4 stars because takes me 30minutes to get there.. it will be great if they could open one in Portsmouth area. (Specially with this cost of living that will be great help for so many people). I would say go with open mind and you will find good deals."
