"Poor customer service. I had booked some appointments for some waxing and nails and completely understand they have a 24 hr cancellations policy. However I do believe that some compassion and understanding is warranted for extenuating circumstances beyond my control, such as the weather and icy road conditions. My area was like a skating rink where even the big trucks salting the roads were colliding into cars. The footpaths were also just sheets of ice. This was explained as my reasons for not feeling comfortable making it over to the appointment but I was told it would be in my best interest to show up because I would be charged regardless since staff and other clients were able to make it in just fine. This just didn’t feel right in my opinion, I would have thought the safety and well-being of customers would be important to their business. It has been an upsetting experience and I unfortunately will not be returning."

"Such a cute little salon. The dolls are very welcoming and the atmosphere is really friendly. You can usually park easily out the front for free. They have an online booking system which makes is easy to use, and saves a lot of time. The salon is a bit on the small side, and I think they are sooo popular they could do with a tad more room to accommodate all the clients."
