"I had a very bad experience without visiting the clinic, just from a phone call. The receptionist who is responsible of the taking the phone calls was not professional at all. I was kept on hold for 5 mins without knowing my inquiry, after that she after answering my first inquiry she just hang up the line. I think old town dental care must consider giving the recipient a training or they should hire a welcoming experienced employee for this important front face job."
