In fact, so much so that we would recommend that Ed be given a raise! He has saved the company from losing 2 customers. Not only did he answer all our questions, but spent time learning our tastes and helping us choose the appropriate wines to match. We left the shop about £200 lighter, but with a smile and no longer a sour taste for this company."

"Went for wine tasting. Very disappointed! 7 bottles to try, very expensive wines at over £20 per bottle. Tasting table was very close to the entrance. Left after trying only 3 wines. Perhaps we were spoiled at the Majestic where we used to live."
