"I had an appointment with the lovely Irinya for eyelash extensions and they are the best I’ve ever had. They are light and extremely natural and I can’t even feel they are there. Unlike previous treatments elsewhere where I found them heavy and sticky. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you"

"This business is very poor in customer satisfaction I was unable to complete my treatment due to illness so apparently not able to transfer my deposit to another treatment DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT the system frequently fails and the owner is obviously more interested in profit than customer satisfaction The one thing I forgot to add was that I was taking antibiotics and medication which were on the list of contraindications YOU provided but you still tried to persuade me to go ahead with the treatment. There was also no understanding that 48 hours notice was not possible due to the fact I only landed in this country 24 hours beforehand AND I was too ill to undergo the treatment. Again policy over any possible compassion or understanding for the individuals situation- extremely poor customer service"
