"We desparately wanted to support local businesses for our kitchen project, accepting the additional costs this incurred. Abbey Kitchens showed experience in listening to our needs and drafting a (paper) design that incorporated everything we needed. That plan proved difficult for electricians, builders and fitters to work from. It proved to be inaccurate. We repeatedly tried to engage with Abbey to resolve issues, but we were told that it was the fault of the trades, and not the materials. COVID-19 proved to be difficult for everyone, but other firms and trades were more responsive and keener to keep us informed than Abbey Kitchens. 7 months later, and Abbey Kitchen agreed with our initial observations and ordered replacement parts. 8 months later these were fitted by Abbey and our kitchen is finally complete."
