"Booked my car in for "Saturday morning" no specified time. I arrived saturday morning and was told they had booked in other jobs so couldn't repair my car. Not going to bother using as they obviously don't know how to use a clock or ring me to inform me that they had taken on more important jobs."

"The car was brought in with a coolant leak. It was checked by the garage and they found the broken coolant pump to be responsible for the leak. I received a quotation, which I accepted, but was told that the car would need to wait a week for the repair. So, I asked them not to go forward with the repair. When I visited the garage in person, I was explained that the car would have to wait for a week as there were other customers waiting for their cars to be repaired. I was also charged for the inspection. 1. Why would you inspect the car (which was booked a few days in advance) if you did not want to repair it asap? 2. Maybe I'm not thinking straight here, but to me somebody has issues with prioritising."
