"I used this barbershop today (Sat 25 June 22). There was a new guy, who cut my hair and shaved my beard. He was not welcoming or gentle. When I was in there I didn’t realise he cut the front of my hair too short and also uneven. He has left a mess. He had not removed my facial hair fully either. I was also charged £21. Laura, who had previously done my hair, did a much better job and charged £15 for exactly the same service. This is by far the worst haircut I have ever had, and will never use this barbershop again."
