Zoe the site manager is probably the best service coordinator I have dealt with, very friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. Antony is extremely knowledgeable and a good source of advice too, he is also an Alfa enthusiast. On his advice i had the engine re-mapped and the results were everything he said it would be. Zoe is extremely good at keeping in contact with you and helping you on the day, whilst the mechanic team waste no time in getting to work. My last visit I had a service and map performed and I was able to wait for it to be finished in their comfortable and well decorated reception area. The map has changed my car dramatically for the better, not only has my smiles for miles increased but I have noticed better mpg and the car running smoother. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to my pals!"
