"Pallets is a lovely coffee shop in a fantastic location. The staff are friendly and the inside feels cosy. There's a nook with board games and lamp lighting too. Coffee and hot chocolate were spot on and you can choose between white, milk or dark hot chocolate. A fabulous place that I love to visit when in the New Forest."

"What a great find. The staff were exceptionally cheerful and friendly. The tea was proper tea and the scones were massive and tasty, served with clotted cream and jam. There was a good selection of other cakes too including gluten free and vegan brownies. Not only that but it was good value too. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely go back"
