"Went in the shop due to in the display window found very nice dress, when I approached shop assistant she said that window is decorated for Queens jubilee and this dress will be on sale Monday after jubilee. I’m pretty sure that whatever has a price tag on it is for sale which this dress had and there was no sighs that it is not for sale. I’m actually was wanted this dress for attending Queens platinum jubilee concert as I’m one of the lucky ones NHS workers to win tickets. Very disappointed with this experience and definitely not returning back to this shop. At the end of the day this money goes for the charity isn’t it …"

"I was highly disappointed that my brother's student card was doubted and refused on the grounds that his ID card had no expiry date. Up till date I have never had such experience before and such questions should be directed towards the University and not the student. Not pleased that his status as a student was blatantly refused."
