"Purchased from this store corner illinois sofa. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, Jackie who we saw in store, was a great help. The whole journey went smoothly. Delivered in perfect condition setup by the delivery guys, they explained how to set the corner suite and its functions. Cannot fault Sofology highly recommend brilliant quality sofa ranges more importantly they have great store staff. Love my new sofa it is a dream to sit and relax on very happy indeed."

"Showroom staff are excellent, however customer services are a major let down, failed delivery 3 times and we were told because we bought in store and not online we had no rights to any refund at all!! Had a long battle to get money back for a sofa that never turned up. Disgraceful service from Will in customer service, AVOID this company at all costs do yourself a favour and take your hard earned money elsewhere! Would never use this company again and would never recommend!"

"Very helpful when paying for item but when had a problem with old settee going as sofology did not care as long as they had been payed, I had to drive 4 hours holiday to pay £89 then back.as they would not take payment over the phone. But did for the settee, when balance need to be payed. Thanks for spoiling our family holiday. I said how about saying sorry at least from staff for my inconvenience, staff look as if I asked for there kidney.."

"Went on a Tuesday morning during school holidays. Absolutely empty so as you can imagine, staff were awesome. They could not do enough. They know an insane amount of stuff about sofas and want to make sure you are getting the correct sofa to meet your needs. Customer service is great. Our delivery drivers did not pas on our care kits but I phoned the shop and they were more than helpful and have told us they will arrive by Monday. Perhaps there needs to be a better way to make sure delivery staff know about this as the customer service rep even told us to remind the drivers to get our kits. I would hope it was obvious on delivery. But that was the only hic-up and at the moment we believe it will arrive. Oh and Own Wilson wasn't in the shop. Gutted. Haha"

"Brilliant service, couldn't of asked for better service from this company. Me and my boyfriend brought two sofas from here in April and they said they would be delivered in about 10-12 weeks and they earlier than the expected date which was great. They gave us regular updates and also a four hour time slot the day before. The guys who put it together did it without any troubles. The only trouble we had was that there was 1 power pack missing for the triple power recliner. But I just went to the store explained the situation and it was sorted within 15 minutes and came out with a power pack. Overall, amazing service and sofas are really comfy and great quality. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new sofa."
