"Complete shambles of a place! Yes it’s the only place open on a Sunday but I don’t think its an excuse! I walked in to pick up my click and collect it hadn’t been picked! After waiting about 40 minutes they came out with only one of the two parts that I ordered! They told me they wouldn’t now have the part that I ordered until Tuesday. This will now cost me 2 days of work. There were other customers in the store one that had ordered axle stands that had been waiting longer then me. When your staff came out to let him know that they can’t find them he laughed at the customer! Why are your staff so slow at picking parts?! You don’t get poor service like this at any other euros branch."
