"Reserved a part and had my wife picking it up as I was at work. The lady on the phone was lovely, but the guy at the till was sarcastic and borderline rude to my wife. She asked him if there would be any special tools I'll need to fit the new part to wich he replied "I just sell the stuff, I'm not a mechanic". Well, I'll try and find my parts somewhere else in the future."

I was denied service even though I am key worker I work for deliveroo and we don't have an ID because deliveroo does not provide one but we have online app and shows have a full ID number in picture all details but the guy on the till denied serving me"
