"I ordered multiple drinks and I found that the balance of tea flavouring to sugar was really poor. The drinks were all too sickly sweet despite getting 0% sugar. This was most likely due to the fact that the jellys were not properly drained before being added to the drink and being just poor quality in general. I couldn't really taste the tea itself in any of the drinks and I physically couldn't bring myself to take another sip of the brown sugar tea one my friend ordered. We had to throw it in the bin wasting £5 because it was just undrinkable. The tapioca pearls were not over or undercooked but the liquid they sit in had an artificial quality to it that dissolved into the whole drink making to finish. Overall I'll never go back and this has to be the worst bubble tea I've ever had."
