"I go to Chloe's Wednesday morning Pilates class and have also had several remedial massage treatments from her. Both the class and the treatments are absolutely fantastic. Chloe creates a class for a range of abilities. She has a very good eye and will spot and correct any wrong positioning etc and she makes everyone feel very welcome. The treatments and techniques Chloe uses for her deep tissue remedial massages are brilliant! - in a short space of time, within 2 or 3 sessions I began to notice big differences. The specific exercises she recommends are also very useful for me to work on at home and build my strength! I would definitely recommend Pilates and her individual treatments to everyone."
