"My mother recently went into the new store. As a family, we have always enjoyed gifts from Oliver Bonas so with Christmas coming up she went in to see what was on offer in the new shop, we were delighted to find one opened up here. However, the staff in the shop did not acknowledge their customer and when she made a purchase, they didn't make any eye contact with her at all, just carried on with their gossip conversation. This was early in the day so not even a busy period. There was no offer of thanks, a mechanical service. Disappointing."
