"Bought a Seasalt coat from Twine. Before I ordered I phoned them and spoke to a lady about the sizing of these coats being not true to size and coming up big. I decided to order a smaller size. When I received the coat although I loved it I found it was still very big, the hood came down to my nose and the sleeves covered my fingers and it was still big with a thick jumper under it. I rang Twine and told them and they told me to send it back but I would have to pay the return postage. As I pointed out the sizing of these coats is a manufacturing fault which Twine, as the sellers, should be aware of. I had spoken to someone at Twine before I ordered and we agreed, as these coats come up big, that I would order a smaller size. How are customers to know to order two sizes smaller unless we are told. I feel very angry that I had to pay to return this coat through no fault of mine. Twine didn't have a smaller size but if they had sent me a size smaller and that was also big I would have had to pay again to send it back. I will not buy from this company again"
