"The customer service I received was excellent. I went into the Uxbridge branch to buy a pair of chinos I saw online.The said they didn't have them and to ring another branch ,which i did and they said the Uxbridge branch should have them. They rang them ,i received a phone call telling me they did have them. They apologized Went back , tried them on and brought them ."

"AVOID THIS STORE The policy on returns is dishonest and misleading. The staff are super friendly at first but once trying to return and exchange an item they become aggressive and unhelpful. Not allowed to try items on in store so we were told to take them home and return if no good, however when returning they don't give a refund and don't give a credit note. We asked for a call from the manager but no call. Left with clothes of poor quality that don't fit Unbelievably bad!!!"
