"Having seen the perfect pair of shoes for my daughters wedding on ireland am fashion slot on Sunday ,I went to bt2 yesterday to buy them.i tried on the shoe that was on display ,which was my size and they were perfect.after about fifteen minutes of standing with the shoe in my hand I asked a girl from another department was there anybody working in the shoe department.she said I will get somebody for you.a girl arrived and asked if I was OK?I said I wanted to buy the shoes in size four and she went off to get them.when she came back I asked if she had a fresh pair because the sole was scuffed and the fabric at the back was creased.i asked if she had a fresh pair and she said no,they were the last pair but she could give me 10% discount but there would be no refund or exchange.i said I really wanted a fresh pair because they were for my daughters wedding.when I asked ifthey would be getting any stock in she said I don't know .she then said sure try to get them online.i was so disappointed with the service and the assistant seemed happy enough for me to leave the shop without a sale.i think if this is her mindset telling people to shop online ,she will be out of a job before long!"
"KIEHLS / NARS review. Popped into BT2, bLanchardstown today to pick up a gift box for my sons birthday at Kiehls, Sarah here was fantastic I had an idea of what I wanted but she was most helpful in guiding me to what might suit him. The presentation as always was super. Also made a purchase at NARS although they were very busy they still made time to get me the product I needed.Overall it was a delight to shop here today. Excellent friendly customer service."

"I had such a lovely experience in BT2 Blanchardstown yesterday with Breda in Jo Malone & with the Dermalogica therapist they were both extremely kind, helpful & generous, it made my day & they made life a lot easier for me getting gifts for Christmas! Breda went out of her way to help me pick the perfect product & I wish I got the Dermalogica therapists name, but she helped me with my bags & was so sweet! Thank you both ☺️"
