"Did my grocery shopping and also picked up a sweeping brush from an isle in the grocery section which had brushes and mops for sale. I went to the till to pay for my items and was informed that I have to pay for the sweeping brush in the homeware section. I asked why did I have to do that considering the sweeping brush was for sale in an isle in the grocery section?? To say that was beyond stupid would be an understatement. It certainly seemed to me the staff are either completely disinterested or haven't a clue what they are at!!"
"It happened on the 23rd of Nov 2022. I have made a purchase of 4pack box of smoothies located along the whole range priced €3 each box. At the till it has occurred that this particular product/flavor was priced as €4.49. No price label for this particular product on the fridge shelf and this wasn’t just one pack left by other customer, the whole stash was packed. Product located also on different shelf with actual price label. I would advise that replenishment team should receive extra training on planograms and correct pricing. Similar negligence practices can be easily spotted across the shop."
"Poor service. Rude and impolite. Casher scanned by mistake twice product and I have to go to customer service to queue up again to get my money back. Ridiculously poor service. Avoid, it felt like the staff are princesses too busy flicking eyelashes instead of sorting out mistakes made by their staff. It felt that I'm annoyed them by asking to rectify their mistake."
