"We got boiler installation (with HIVE WIRELESS HEATING SMART THERMOSTAT), 8 radiators and shower pump done by Cliff and Josh. (Merit plumbing & gas). Job was done in 3 days, top job showing great professionality and a fair price. We could not be more greatfull to him. Boiler broke at the end in December. I contact Cliff due to I found him on the RGI website. I called him around 21 December 2022. He came to my house to quote my on 23 December 2022 and installed all parts listed above the 4 Jaunary 2023. So for those difficult dates he showed me that he cares about people and helped me in everything. Job was done in 3 days. Himself and Josh showed a great knowledge and great professionality working. He took care of everything for me and gave me the best products in a great price. Due to he is a Worcester register installer he could give me 10 years warranty in the boiler and parts. He took care of the paperwork and handed to me in a folder, he even took care of register the warranty and everything for me. After two months since he installed the boiler, radiators and shower pump we don't have any issue with them and everything works great. Once again I could not be more greatfull to him and Josh for helping me on those difficult dates. Definitely he became for me in one of those people you can trust 100% for a job and I will request his service everytime I need it. I will recommend him to everybody. His acts talk better of him. He is RGI official installer and Bosch Worcester official installer. Two big official business/ companies have him as a register installer and that only can be achieved showing a great professionality. There is no better assurance and guarantee to have a good job done than that. Thanks Cliff for everything you have done for me and my family."
