"Andy and Kai in HE TECH always gives excellent service and very fair prices. We have been using them for years. Happy to recommend. Example of service: I had an iPhone 4 repaired by HE TECH for €10. Andy gave me a loan of a phone as I couldn’t collect the next morning. Vodafone quoted more than € 250 The repaired phone lasted for many years. When the iPhone 4 eventually needed updating I bought a 2nd hand iPhone 8 from Andy - this phone is still working more than 3 years later."
"Very quick service and helpful staff. I had an issue with condensation on my iPhone lens which was making my photos blurry - they quickly fixed the issue and I had my phone back within an hour. Would recommend this service."
"Absolute chancers! Was told it would be €50 to replace the speaker on my phone to solve my volume problem. I smelt a rat so brought to shop to the road and lovely guy told me phone just needed a proper clean out and did it for a tenner. Mentioned to him what they had said in HE Tech and he told me the speaker for my phone (iPhone 12) to be replaced could not possibly have been done by them so they were definitely trying to rip me off. Avoid!"
"I had a very positive experience here today. I had dropped my phone and needed a screen replacement so brought it here to be fixed. My phone was ready in less than an hour and when I collected it I had a brand new screen protector on my phone free of charge and much better quality than the ones I was using."
