"As a Meridian Global Services employee, you cannot expect to participate in the company´s profit or decision-making. Do not expect perks, flexibility, or good work-and-life balance. You can expect well below-average salaries, outdated managerial style and policies, total disregard for their Staff´s well-being, and a complete lack of interest or understanding of the need to change the company culture. Some great people still can be found, although those cases are exceptional."
"Not a professional work place. Only company I know which won’t do anything for Xmas or any social event with staff. Just an email gets sent around. Everyone is kept on different contract for same job, ranging from 18K to 50k+ depending where you’re from and if unqualified managers fav you over their own Eastern European ppl."
"One of the worse companies that I ever came across. Very biased. They treat staff like slaves in there. Consultant department is of no good. Not valued at all. MIVC is worse, apparently you have to be polish or Eastern European to get any promotion. Them polish ones would say all sort of things to HR and higher up to stay in power. One of the directors (a lady) would always say that they are ahead of the curve compared to BIG4 etc etc Don’t buy that nonsense from her. It’s a highly unprofessional company with unprofessional individuals running it."
