"I only had experience with an online order, and communication with the owner through email which was extremely poor. 1 month delay on replying to any emails and call i made ss part of my order was missing. I was then told the product would be posted. Another month later, no emails, no product. I emailed and called again to be told, the item was never posted, and i was just going to be refunded, that was fine. Poor communication & customer service, really disappointing as I was looking forward to supporting this small business again."
