"Usually good and staff are generally helpful, but had another issue with a medication pick up. There was confusion, which could have been resolved very quickly has the staff answered my call. Then had to put up with a manager coming on the phone telling me to improve my communication!! (Not great customer service, there are ways to speak to people!) Like I said, service is very staff dependant!"
