"Very poor service - I ordered a prescription and went to pick it up a week later, but was told by the cashier hiding behind a screen that they'd seen my order but not ordered it because I'd been 'late' picking up my previous prescription (I'd waited a week previously). Was then told I should contact the pharmacy when I make an order on NHS App to let them know about the order I'd just filed with them? Very strange, very poor service and I won't be using this pharmacy again."

"A small but very excellent pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and take time to answer questions and help with medicines especially new prescriptions. Their stock of non-prescription items is limited, it's not Boots where finding the prescription counter can be a challenge, but most over the counter medicines are readily available."
