"Place is absolutely gone to hell after been taking over from another company in august. Firstly I wasn’t even told this doctors name who was examining me that’s how unprofessional she was. Just been to an appointment and my doctor didn’t know how to write a prescription she had to call other doctors in to help. She never told me what was actually wrong with me I had to ask her twice because she ignored me the first time. She then proceeded to tell me the only hickeys pharmacy was in Phibsborough there is no other ones, have you ever heard the likes of it. Eventually she found the chemist I wanted but couldn’t print out the documents for me. She told me she sent them down tk reception but no such thing as I then had to wait for her to be finished with her next patient because she done my prescription wrong and I had to wait for her to do it again."

"I would have liked to say something about the doctors, but my daughter didn't get the chance to see one. She came for a consultation because of her ear pain and sickness, maybe a flu or so. But the receptionist denied to help her. Instead she was told to go to an a and e hospital ... My daughter (from Germany) is on a 6 week internship for her vocational training in Dublin and felt lost when the service gave her such an advice. Nothing you wish for your child when she's in a foreign country. So maybe the doctors are excellent, but when you can't get to one, the practice doesn't earn any star's. Supplement: My daughter has found another practice in Drumcondra, friendly receptionist and excellent doctor!"

"Excellent doctors, have never had an issue once you actually get seen by a doctor. They have always been excellent. The reception/ management and how the practice is run is unbelievably bad. I get frustrated every time I need to make an appointment. The systems and rules in place done serve the patients. You have to jump through the most ridiculous hoops to even manage to get an appointment. One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. This has been an issue for years. I have spoken to some lovely staff but for the most part it’s a rude interaction and very poor customer service. Run very poorly!"

"Very thorough & friendly. Dropped in for an Annual Check up with Dr Niall O Connor. Great service, given plenty of time and very thorough. Highly recommended. Reception and entry staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is very handy there too."

"I have always been happy with the doctors but please tell your receptionist that “What’s the matter?” is an extremely unprofessional way to speak to a person booking an appointment. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. People should feel comfortable calling the doctors office. This is basic"
