"Have been twice, the first time didn't have an amazing experience due to building work and refurbishments (which is not ideal on a relaxing spa day), we were offered a voucher to return and the experience was much more enjoyable. the facilities are great, lovely steam room (my favourite) and a sauna. also has a nice large jacuzzi with strong jets for maximum relaxation. The pool is a good size for casual swimming. Changing rooms are nicely decorated and a nice size with a free use hair dryer. with the spa packages you are offered welcome drinks which builds to the experience. There are good selection of treatments (massages and facials), and the products they use are great and make your skin glow afterwards (my friend did buy one of the products because she was so impressed with it) Staff are extremely helpful and tried their hardest to rectify any issues we had from our first visit. Good parking available."

"I rang them to see how much is the Gym and Swim membership for retired people. They asked me to go any afternoon at my convenience. I am going on the 14th September. The lady did say that I would have to go with my swimsuit on and that I would need a padlock for the locker. I can't give a star rating but when I go tomorrow I will give a new review."

"Friendly staff, peaceful swimming pool, not too deep so can take small children and tea h them to swim. One issue. Hot tub has a lot of chlorine and burns your eyes."
