"This was my first trip to Center Parcs and I was more than impressed!! We stayed in the Waterfront Apartments and the views were incredible from the balcony and it was so spacious. The room was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the safe as it didn’t have a back panel and the battery ended up coming out and therefore the safe wouldn’t open but we called security and within 5 minutes they had arrived and solved the issue for us. All staff at the park were so friendly and helpful. The location of the apartments were amazing. You were only a 5 minute walk from the car park and amenities which is handy but it was so quiet still! I will definitely be returning next year."

"I came here for a week holiday and loved every sec of it,not being a single issue and the staff are all so helpful. The swimming pool is amazing, clean and safe. All the food was good and the staff were always friendly especially when you have a young child. The rooms are brilliant loads of room and cozy with non-stop wildlife coming to the door looking for food all day long. The booking system has been so simple and so easy to change when you need to swap your day around short notice. Using bikes to get around is very useful and adds more excitement to the holiday. Overall having an amazing time here will definitely be coming here again."

"This was our first time at Center Parcs, we came as a large family group. Our whole holiday experience was definitely a 5star, but have only rated as a 4star due to a couple of niggles. The positives are that the We booked several activities which we all enjoyed, and also took full advantage of the swimming, which was great. Our 4month old grandson had his first swimming experience which was wonderful. We did eat out a couple of times, and the service was good mostly, but quite expensive. Deep pockets are needed for the gift shop. Our lodge was lovely and spacious, we loved the games room. For the price of the lodge I was a little disappointed with the lack of kitchen equipment, no mini toiletries supplied in the bathrooms, and the general look of the bathrooms, stained toilets and shabby bath panels. The outside of the lodge definitely needed weeding, there were lots of stinging nettles and thistles. The other areas of the park were well kept. Staff are polite and friendly, and keen to help if there's a problem. We will definitely return."

"Been here multiple times and still love it! Lovely resort set in Elveden Forrest with a wide variety of activities for people of all ages. Very kid friendly with activities available for parent to drop off to so that they can do whatever they want without them! Restaurants were great and the staff overall were very friendly and helpful and willing to help with whatever issues you have. Would highly recommend a day at the spa and sample all the various saunas they have available. Swimming area is also a great place to go for all the family with a variety of pools, slides and rides suitable for all ages."

"An excellent closed gate forest retreat with many activities for all ages. Area is clean, organised and well maintained. This comes at a premium with the only activity included in the price being the tropical pool and its slides. All other activities require booking and additional fees. All activities are well run and everyone in our party enjoyed them. There can be a bit of walking to see around the site. Hiring bikes or a mobility scooter is recommended. The site is geared for this with plenty of bike, buggy or scooter parks throughout and around the activity areas. Personally I would also have liked more off road trial routes to free roam however one can be found off the outdoor activity area along the perimeter and past the tree lodges. Adults are provided with waterproof wristband on arrival which provides access to lodge from 4pm on day of check in and the pool lockers. Its a shame these are not used more extensively such as load credit for food and beverages in the pool area at least. I would strongly recommend packing swimwear in a separate bag, arrive early but after 10am and using the pool until you can access the lodge at 4 to make the most of your first day."
