"Parked up to make a booking enquiry and car was approached within seconds to inform me that this was private property. Will not be returning. Appalling service"
"Walked in to have a look around to see if me and my girlfriend might stay. Within seconds a member of staff said it was private property and we had to leave. This is despite the place being empty. Obviously not the best way to run a business if your idea of dealing with potential customers is to tell them to leave."
"We booked this hotel as part of a two night package which included a visit to Bletchley Park and were not disappointed. From the friendly welcome on arrival, a lovely large comfortable bedroom, great breakfast choices and friendly and efficient service. The staff on reception, Charlotte and Lawrence were extremely helpful throughout our stay, providing information and support with our various requests. We can't forget to mention Antonio who was so helpful and professional at all times. We hope to return in the future, meanwhile we have recommended this hotel to family and friends."
"Great staff, warmly welcomed and we received great service. Food was excellent with a good choice on offer. Only downside was our bed - two divans which didnt appear to be attached, just pushed together and covered with bedding. Funny but uncomfortable when you begin to slip in between the beds! Nevertheless it didn't detract from a lovely break away."
"Very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Very busy weekend when we were there and noisy at night with a lads party in a room upstairs, a hen party and several birthday parties going on. Bit too busy for me but the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Evening meal was average. Overcooked risotto and smoked haddock saved by a well cooked egg."
