"Wish it could be 0 stars, but need to add one to leave a review!!! After my daughter wanted to have a browse, she finally found something she wanted. After waiting in excess of 5 minutes at the till - due to the 2 staff chatting to a friend, I kindly asked if anyone was serving at the till. Met with a blunt, embarrassing "Yeah" before she turned around and carried on chatting to her friend, leaving my daughter at the till waiting for another member of staff. My daughter is 9 and said "she's not very good is she." It appears the customer service is cheaper and flimsier than their products which takes some doing. AWFUL"

"Daughter got ears pierced. Very friendly and professional. My only gripe is that the prices on the website are not right. Online it said it was £17 but in the shop £30 which is quite a difference."
