"Horrific. Parents seem to abandon all responsibility at the door leaving kids to behave as badly as they want, not letting others play in certain areas, pushing and shoving if they try. No monitoring by staff. Not a nice place at all. I complained at the time but staff didn’t care. We left after 20mins."

"Could do with a clean. They try and cater for a childs party but the price you pay for the little bit of food the kids get is ridiculous! If your child has allergies definitely take your own food so you know its safe, ive found one play centre that are amazing for allergies & always ask for areas to improve etc, sadly this play centre is not it!"
"Best play centre I’ve ever worked at, clean, tidy, management is amazing. Cleaning procedures are impeccable and service is top tier. All customers are well looked after and the rare complaint gets dealt with straight away and sorted. The parties are done with ease and the parents only have to worry about bringing a cake! Possibly the easiest way of entertaining your kids! I’ve worked here for about 3-4 years and I have seen the change in management and how much better the place is for it, as it is family run we cater for every need we possibly can and are flexible in every way to make your experience the best out there! Wouldn’t recommend any other centre to send your little one! The staff are friendly and chatty and will treat you like family, customers return many times and enjoy the place like their own!"
