"I booked a session with Ollie on the recommendation of my brother in law. My knees have been causing me pain on running for a while but now had started on walking. I was able to book an appointment fairly easily and in the first session Ollie took a thorough history from me before assessing f my knees. He made a rough plan of treatment, involving me all along the way. After each session he emailed me the exercise programme so I was able to carry on at home. The appointments are held in a well equipped and comfortable, clean area. After a few weeks my knees improved and now I am continuing with the exercises Ollie gave me to do."
