"Been there twice and both times it has been a complete nightmare first time went to pick up a parcel force parcel and was told woman who did post office was in the back on the phone and wouldn't be a minute. Ten minutes later we are still waiting for her we were getting very annoyed by now then she appears mumbles sorry about that and starts to serve people again. Went today to get parcel weighed and buy some stamps same woman was serving an old woman in mobility scooter. When she finished serving her she decided to have a five minute chat with her about Christmas plans completely ignoring us eventually the woman in the scooter moved out of the way she started to serve us but was still having conversation with woman in mobility scooter making her very slow this woman should not be working with customers she is completely useless as a post office employee it's customers that pay her wages"

"Use this Post Office regularly and they usually have the nicest staff. But tonight l have encountered the rudest most ignorant member of staff EVER anywhere. She was away from the PO counter so called to the desk, after waiting 5mins she arrived at the counter still on her mobile clearly on a private call from her conversation. She continued chatting whilst 3 people waited to be served. When she finally rang off her mobile she asked where the store phone was to the other member of staff and proceeded to look for it, whilst ignoring us. Finally without a word of apology she just turned to me and said... Yes? I asked for a payment envelop for First Direct, nah ain't got none. What currently or no longer doing them. With a big sigh and look of annoyance she said. None now, no sorry or we will have some after xmas, Nothing!!! I asked for 2nd class stamp for a large envelope to be told put it on the scale, no price given just told it wouldn't make it for Christmas, so l asked for 1st class. To only be told post already gone for today. (so why mention it as an option) I asked for the last collection post box in Winsford? Told l have no idea with an eyeroll. I said can l please have the first class large stamp? So she huffed saying l don't have any first large. I had more than enough and said forget it then and picked up my envelope and started to leave, only to get a torrent of verbal abuse from her and telling me l was banned. I turned back from the door and said from what. You haven't got a single thing l want. RUDEST STAFF, giving store a bad name a reputation. Short bleached blonde hair, glasses and bad teeth."
