"Booked a taxi for the airport for an early flight the evening before. After ten minutes of waiting outside my address I called and was told there was no booking I was told to wait ten to fifteen minutes for one to arrive, which I couldn't so I booked on the free now app and half way to the airport I get a call telling me my taxi is outskde.... Ridiculous service. Agreed price of 30 euro is tempting but not worth missing a flight for. Avoid"
"Ordered a taxi the night before for hospital appointment an was told i would be no problem. Never arrived phoned and was told nothing available this is a disgrace."
"I phoned to book a taxi, was told no problem, 10 mins. 20 mins later I phoned back and was told 5 more mins. 15 mins later I phoned again, only to be told they had nothing in the area! I am now very late and annoyed. Don't take a booking that you cannot carry out!!"
"Phoned theses people on Thursday to order a cab for the following morning to travel to leopardstown races at 11-20am The next morning I phoned them again to confirm and asked them to have tha cab a little earlier and the lady said the car was on the way . I phoned them again three times and spoke to the same lady who said the car was to be with me in a little while . On the final call of asking she hung up I was late for the races and I was the one who had the tickets .The cab never arrived II"
"Ordered taxi at about 3.00pm for pickup at 5.30pm. Confirmation received. Short journey to French Embassy in Ailesbury Road from Sandymount for formal occasion at 6pm. No show. Rang them. They advised I try somewhere else as they had no taxis in the area, although I had booked. I did them the courtesy of telling them at 5.50 that I was driving instead. OK it was raining. But I had booked. Rain also meant that I was 10 minutes late arriving, which was extremely rude to my hosts. Ballsbridge Taxis cannot be relied on when they do nit take bookings seriously."
