"Spent ages looking for a reasonable pond liner and underlay as a lot of places are out of stock since the pandemic and EDPM (Epalyn) liners come from Sweden and in short supply. Rang various people and posted questions on various web sites with little response but when I rang trade4less someone (Chris - operations manager) answered straight away and said he'd contact their suppliers and get answers which he did in a matter of hours. Great communication and order placed without any hassle the same day. Chris even came back to me within an hour with a delivery date which was 3 days so very acceptable. Not the cheapest advertised online but 1) I could not actually buy from other suppliers which quoted cheaper as they were out of stock or their ordering process did not work or their delivery charge was outrageous 2) website price was out of date but with petroleum product prices changing every day it must be a nightmare to keep prices on thousands of prices up to date. Great communication with Chris reassured me I was actually going to get what I wanted in a reasonable time which was important to me."
