"Rob was excellent in repairing a bangle so quickly that he brought it back to me before I had finished telling his assistant about the other repairs I needed doing and didn't charge me for what he had done! He then repaired my gold chain in the time it took to have a coffee. The cost of that repair was very reasonable. Rob then offered to research which earing fasteners would be safer fastenings for a pair of white gold hoop earrings bought for me by my husband which I am very worried about losing. I can't recommend Rob highly enough for his excellent service and friendly manner."
