His price was very fair and he said he could do it in a day. It included digging trenches through my grass and down the side of the garage. Everything was done in a day and he put everything back as he found it and his workmate John tidied in everything beautiful. James was very polite and we first class in all he did. I will be using him again and would recommend him for any plumbing jobs you have. He even fixed a small leak under the sink. If I could give 6 stars I would."
