"While the cutting is good for the price, the fact they can't get to their own business on time (with what they stated online & the door) to open up is infuriating, numerous times I've stood in the cold with my two kids 10-15 minutes waiting for them to swan in, no apologies, no greetings, nothing. From now on I'm using the barber down the road, they may not give a good of a cut but at least they can drag themselves out of bed for thier customers."
