"Was in store last week. I saw a chest of drawers on sale X-display. Went to purchase and asked for assistance to take to the car. Appalling service from Vickie and Anne - manager. Refused all help, said they wouldn't even get involved and down to customer to take it from 1st floor to ground floor and load into the car. Seemed like end of shift, no male staff on the shop floor so didn't even bother to help out!"

"I don't see why they have even bothered installing a collect your parcel point. You get encourage to us it but then end up waiting nearly twice as long as if I went to the till. Back customer service. They need a serious check of the system."
