"Easy to access with clear signage just past security at T1 Dublin Airport. Having a business class ticket or better with certain airlines grants you access to this lounge. But for an airport lounge, although equipped with showers and grants you access to free food and drinks, T1 lounge was very basic compared to other international airport lounges. It can get crowded which takes away from the place being a relaxing lounge and Dublin airport should really consider expanding the lounge. The atmosphere wasn’t exactly relaxing. Although the staff were very helpful and friendly, this lounge is just OK."
"Very poor in term of breakfast. If you are into porridge then you are in luck, it is the only hot item. Other than that, there is hardly anything one would eat for breakfast. Your best bet will be a slice of bread (brown only) and a piece of cheese. There is Danish Pastry selection which really is a single selection, some sugary disgusting looking prepacked whatever. Lots of space for improvement, much less for passangers. Lucky me the entry is frer with my credit card, as this lounge experience certainly not worth even €5 euros. The only good thing is that next to the coffee machine there is a coffee bar with a barista so you can get a decent fresh espresso, latte or whatever you need. (so forget the coffee machine)."
"While the surroundings are a little "school canteen" and not as plush as expected, the service and selection of drinks and snacks was good. Be careful on watching your time as the T1 lounge is located just after security but before passport control and you may have a bit of a trek to your departure gate. Would use again but not if the airport is quiet. The main benefit is that it offers a quiet space, away from the hustle and bustle during peak times of year."
"Acceptable seating but very poor choice of food. Mostly cheap, plastic packed stuff that creates huge amount of unnecessary waste and fairly poor taste. Dishes were not properly washed; maybe they also bought a cheap dishwasher. Staff very friendly and barista service is great. In sum the usual 21st century contradiction between an engaged workforce and disengaged capitalist business design."
