"Ordered 24 bottles, only 12 arrived. E mailed them, no response !! Phoned them, said they would send the other 12, only 7 arrived. Chased them AGAIN, and they finally sent the remaining 5 bottles. Sent an e mail to the MD - not even the courtesy of a reply. Shambolic organisation, and shocking customer experience."
