"Had a terrible experience here. The pharmacist questioned me over the prescription I’ve been on for years (never once had an issue with it) he accused me of not taking it properly and asked me very personal questions which are none of his business. I was so uncomfortable. I am disgusted by how I was treated. Absolutely awful, will never be back there again."

"Staff really unhelpful. Made you feel like you were wasting their time every second you were talking to them both over the phone and in person despite the pharmacy being empty and there being about 4 or 5 staff all just chatting to each other. Reprimanded me for not calling in advance for my prescription despite the fact I did call and it was my first time at the pharmacy. Person I talked to over the phone gave me completely different information than in person 20 minutes later. I had explained my situation over the phone despite the person continuing to say goodbye as I was still talking and yet when I arrived it was as if that conversation had never happened and all the information (re wait time, stock and drug payment scheme card) was incorrect. Was made feel bad that I needed the meds the same day despite explaining that my normal pharmacy was closed and it was an emergency before I even got my gp to forward the prescription. Genuinely the experience ruined my day and was made so much more stressful and actually even hurtful than it needed to be. Information I was given at the pharmacy about the payment scheme fully contrasts information given to me by other pharmacies and by the hse. Whole procedure of collecting a prescription that I was told was in stock and that I could come collect took 3 hours after that original phone call. I'll be avoiding this place like the plague"

"Staff was rude. A dark haired women behind the counter said she could have my prescription ready in two days. I said I would take my prescription back as I wasn't avaiable then, to which she said 'fine!' in a very aggressive tone and turned her back on me. Don't know what I did to deserve that but glad I went elsewhere. Shocking treating of a customer in need."

"Just had a really horrible experience here, unfortunately with the same aggressive older woman. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I have experience this individuals unprofessional attitude. I appreciate its a stressful time for everyone at the moment with the virus but there is no excuse for bad manners."
